Aerobics interfere wih muscle building, so when someone wants muscle gain they should stop doing aerobics. On the other hand, sodium is good for muscle mass. It's an essential mineral that is an absolute must for muscle growth. Sodium has a bad rap because it can cause water retention but sodium enhances carbohydrate storage and amino acid absorption while improving the muscle's responsiveness to insulin.
